We process all orders within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping times vary based on location. Domestic orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days, while international orders may take 10-20 business days.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Exchange Policy:
Our products undergo a strict 4-step Quality Check (QC) process before being delivered to you:
~ 2 QC checks at the manufacturing unit
~ 1 QC check at the warehouse
~ 1 final QC check before packaging
We do not offer refunds; however, In the rare event that your order is damaged during transit, we highly recommend recording a video while unboxing the package to facilitate a smooth exchange process. We accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item.
